As Pastor of PHLOW Church in Buffalo, NY, a certified Life Coach, and the founder of Knowing My Worth Inc., a nonprofit organization, I am dedicated to mentoring teen girls and women. I am the author of three inspiring books Knowing My Worth! and Don't Let Your Trauma Become Your Treasure and co-author of Becoming A Champion.
Having personally wrestled with issues of identity and self-worth in my younger years, I now channel my experiences into my life’s mission: empowering Kingdom-minded, purpose-driven women and teen girls to fully embrace who God created them to be.
My experience as a life coach and mentor has been nothing short of transformational—both for the women and teen girls I serve and for me personally. I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women who were rediscovering their identity, rebuilding confidence, and learning to see themselves through God’s eyes. For teen girls, it’s about planting seeds of worth early—helping them understand that their value isn’t defined by likes, labels, or limitations, but by their divine design.
Each session, each story, reminds me that purpose isn’t something we find—it’s something we grow into.
